Silver Banshee is the boss of Stage 2 (2035 American Midwest).
Description[]
Silver Banshee is a weapon used by BRES to lay waste to a highly concentrated urban region in the American Midwest. The earliest signs of this weapon comes from the first wave of missiles at the beginning of stage 2. Once in range, Silver Banshee will defensively attack the player. While not designed specifically for direct combat, it has a few defensive turrets, installed as a defensive measure in case if it was under attack. Silver Banshee summons missiles from the BRES Colony by using a beacon and a radar, to pinpoint it's location to the missiles and the Colony. In addition to the turrets and the beacon, it is accompanied by Azure Silence in its Stheno modular craft, but has no defensive purpose whatsoever: it's main goal is to transmit a signal to BRES that Silver Banshee was being attacked. When all else fails, its last resort attack comes from the top of the beacon: it's armed as well, and will fire bullets in an effort to clean its surroundings. It's core is a powerful Tritium Plasma source, which is exactly how it arrived on Earth in the first place: it used this energy source to function, and to travel to Earth.
